Drive from Tribhuvan Int'l Airport to Lainchour and towards Sorhakhutte. Take the first left street after you have driven past Amrit Science College (ASCOL). About 30 metres from the Thamel-Lainchour road, you will see the greenish building of A-One Business Complex. Just a few metres before reaching the building, there is a smaller street on the right, leading directly to the hotel compound.
