Accommodation Feedback

You do NOT at all feel like a guest who is welcomed, rude lady at reception, you have to ague about everything in this hotel, even after the hotel manager was informed about the multiple issues there was only little improvement, food hygiene is appalling (dirty cutlery and china, you’ve been served left over sauces with traces of food from neighbor tables etc.), you’ve been thrown out of the pool spot 18hrs etc) It is obvious that families are not welcome. The individual guest / guest family has no importance to the hotel. Cleanliness of room though was ok. The Hotel relys on the bigger groups and (business) events (then hotel facilities partially not available). We were told that this is the kind of service you get from all KGH group of Hotels. KHG? No thank you, never again. Ecofriendly in case of parkVillage is obviously no philosophy but source of extra profit and excuse for inconveniences. For further details contact chrisheidel@gmx.net
