Guest rooms are distributed in multiple medium-sized duplex cottages each with its own garden and lawn. Apartments are in larger buildings and have individual modern kitchens. - Children under 12 years old can share a room with their parents free of charge.

- Charge for extra bed is required whereas breakfast is complimentary.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are subject to a penalty fee of one night's tariffs.
- Rates are quoted in US Dollars and inclusive of all taxes and service charges.
- Complimentary breakfast is provided for all accommodation types except apartments.
- All bills must be settled in convertible foreign currency one day prior to checkout.
