You can get a taxi from the airport for approximately US$7.00 to be transferred to Hotel Tibet. Instruct your driver to drive straight to the central area of Lazimpat. About 400 metres ahead of the Naxal - Lazimpat junction (behind Narayanhiti), you will see Bluebird Department Store. Turn right from there, and about 30 metres ahead, turn right again. You will already see the parking lot of the hotel on the right side of the street and the building is right next to it.
