Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made 15 days or earlier from the expected arrival date are free of charge.

- A 25% cancellation charge will be deducted from the deposited amount for cancellations made between 15 days to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.

- Failure to cancel the bookings formally 24 hours before the anticipated arrival will result in no refund, whereby, 100% of the amount will be withheld by the hotel.

Late check-out policy:

- Depending upon actual availability of rooms for incoming guests, up to 3 hours of extra time is allowed for check-outs.

- Check-outs delayed by more than 3 hours are subject to a surcharge equivalent to 1 night's tariff.

Children policy:

- Children below 10 years of age can stay for free with their parents. However, charges for extra bed and food apply.
