Hotel Shahanshah International is located 500 metres north from the Ring Road in Dhapasi, Kathmandu. It is about 9 km (20 minutes drive) from Tribhuvan International Airport.
Several World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu valley recognised by UNESCO can be reached easily from the hotel. Similarly, a short drive can take you to the city's major business, tourist and shopping centres.
Hotel Address: Dhapasi
From the airport, drive north along the main road (Ring Road) and head towards Dhapasi via Gaushala, Chabhil, Dhumbarahi and Maharajgunj. Proceed from Dhapasi's bus-stand and approximately 800 metres ahead you will see a side-road off the Ring Road towards north, known as Gopal Yonjon Marg. Take that road and after about 500 metres and you be at the main gate of the hotel.
Prepaid taxis are available at the airport and they normally charge about USD 12 to 15 to take you to the hotel.
