There is an interesting story about how the young Ananda advanced his career in tourism starting in 1991. Initially, he had joined this field as a receptionist. A few years later, he was promoted to the post of cashier.
Due to his dedication to his work and capability of learning new things rapidly, he was able to get a promotion every few years. Thus, he also became a supervisor and then, to his current designation.
