This popular 3-star hotel is at present operating under the guidance of Karma Gurung, the Operations Director. The entire team of staff at this reputed hotel are very friendly and cooperative so that you can rest assured that your needs will be given the right kind of attention.

Taking care of the sales department is Ananda Poudel, the Sales Manager. There is an interesting story about how the young Ananda advanced his career in tourism starting in 1991. Initially, he had joined this field as a receptionist. A few years later, he was promoted to the post of cashier.

Due to his dedication to his work and capability of learning new things rapidly, he was able to get a promotion every few years. Thus, he also became a supervisor and then, to his current designation.
