From the airport drive to Gaushala Chowk via Tilganga Bridge. Continue straight from there without changing your direction, past Rato Pul (Red Bridge) until you face the one-way traffic at the Gyaneshwor-Maitidevi intersection. Turn left and drive to the traffic signal at Putalisadak Chowk. Turn right from the signal and drive to Himalayan Bank at Tridevi Marg via Kamaladi and Durbar Marg.
There are two diversions a few metres ahead of the bank. Turn right at the farther one and about 50 north you will see a small temple at Bhagawati Bahal. Turn left from there and about 20 metres on the right you will find Hotel Karma, just where the street bends.
