Hotel Goodwill was conceived by a passionate artisan from a local Shakya family, well known for their generations old rich craftsmanship that every Nepali takes pride in. This statement is evidently supported by the exquisite statues, metalcrafts and other decorative elements found in every part of the hotel, as if it were a museum in itself.
This family-friendly hotel has been catering to travellers from all around the world since 2002. With the recent upgrade and renovation, the hotel aims to expand its capacity to 27 luxurious rooms and a spacious conference hall.
Within its courtyard, the hotel has a well maintained swimming pool with an adjancent kid’s pool and a nice poolside restaurant. Facilities like steam bath, sauna and Jacuzzi are also available within the hotel premises.

- If requested in a timely manner, you will be allowed to delay your check-out by one hour from the normal check-out time.
- For longer delays, you will be charged 50% or 100% of the nightly room rate.
- Please contact the front desk as early as possible for a better negotiation.

- Children below 10 years can share beds/rooms with their parents free of extra charges, assuming no extra beds are required.

- 2 weeks from check-in date: Cancellation penalty equals 25% of 1 night's charge
- 1 week from check-in date: Cancellation penalty equals 50% of 1 night's charge
- 2 days from check-in date: Cancellation penalty equals 1 night's charge or 25% of the total booking value, whichever is greater
- No-shows will not receive any refund at all
