Named after the lush green forest called "Hattiban" ('Hatti' = elephant and ‘Ban' = forest in Nepalese), Haatiban Resort is comprised of several small cottages each having 4-6 rooms. The cottages as well as the rooms reflect the theme of the countryside and the resort has paid attention to every small detail in order to preserve the ecology of this beautiful locality. - Depending upon actual availability of rooms and the season, you may be allowed to delay your check-out by up to 4 hours from the normal time. However, you are advised to consult with the front desk regarding the situation.
- Children up to12 years of age are eligible for a 50% discount off the normal rates.
- To avoid cancellation charges, you are advised to submit your cancellation request at least 15 or more days prior to the check-in date.
- If your cancellation request comes between 15 and 7 days from the scheduled check-in date, 30% of your deposit will be deducted.
- If you cancel your booking less than 7 days but more than 2 days before the check-in date, you will face a 50% cancellation charge.
- If you fail to submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours from the check-in date, or you commit a no-show, no refund will be granted.
- All rates include applicable taxes and service charges (13% VAT and 10% Service Charge).
- Rates are inclusive of rooms only and do not include breakfast or meals.
