Named after the lush green forest called "Hattiban" ('Hatti' = elephant and ‘Ban' = forest in Nepalese), Haatiban Resort is comprised of several small cottages each having 4-6 rooms. - Depending upon actual availability of rooms and the season, you may be allowed to delay your check-out by up to 4 hours from the normal time. However, you are advised to consult with the front desk regarding the situation.
- Children up to12 years of age are eligible for a 50% discount off the normal rates.
- To avoid cancellation charges, you are advised to submit your cancellation request at least 15 or more days prior to the check-in date.
- If your cancellation request comes between 15 and 7 days from the scheduled check-in date, 30% of your deposit will be deducted.
- If you cancel your booking less than 7 days but more than 2 days before the check-in date, you will face a 50% cancellation charge.
- If you fail to submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours from the check-in date, or you commit a no-show, no refund will be granted.
- All rates include applicable taxes and service charges (13% VAT and 10% Service Charge).
- Rates are inclusive of rooms only and do not include breakfast or meals.
