Cancellation Policy
  • 30 days before check-in date: Cancellation penalty equivalent to 10% of the total booking value or 20% the first night's cost (whichever is greater) is applicable.
  • 15 days before check-in date: Cancellation penalty equivalent to 20% of the total booking value or 33% of the first night's cost (whichever is greater) is applicable.
  • 2 days or less from check-in date: Cancellation penalty equals 50% of the total amount or 75% of the first night's cost (whichever is greater)
  • No refund will be given to no-shows. However, depending on availability, re-scheduling may be considered.

Late check-out policy:

- No extra charge required for check-out delays up to 3 hours, depending upon the actual availability of rooms.
- 50% of 1 night's charges apply for check-outs delayed by more than 3 hours from the normal time.

Children policy:

- Children below 5 years of age are allowed to share rooms/beds with their accompanying parents.
- Children above 5 years of age can share rooms with their parents, but charges for extra bed apply.
- Children up to 12 years of age get a 50% discount on all meals.
