Late check out policy:
- You can request the front desk if you need some extra hours for checking out. Depending on the actual availability of that day, the hotel staff may allow you up to 3 hours without any extra charge
- However, if you delay your check-out by more than 3 hours (up to 6 hours), 50% of one night's room rates will be surcharged
Policy on children staying with parents:
- Children below 10 years old staying with their parents will get free accommodation (without breakfast) if they share beds
- For extra bed(s) and/or breakfast, you will have to pay the normal rates
Cancellation Policy:
- If you need to cancel your booking, please inform of your intent with clear reasons through your booking page or email
- To avoid cancellation charge, you are advised to cancel your booking at least a week before your expected date of arrival
- If you cancel your booking from 7 to 3 days before the scheduled check-in date, 50% of first night's charges will be deducted from your booking deposit
- If your cancellation request is received, due to whatsoever reasons, in the last 72 hours, you will have to pay for the first night's room charges
- Failure to comply with the aforesaid conditions implies that you will not be granted any refund at all
